Q. What was the condition of the parents on the arrival of the doctor?
Ans. They were nervouse specially the mother.
Q. What was the behaviour of child with the doctor?
Ans. The did not co-operate with the doctor, instead she resisted violently.
Q. She had a fever for three days, hadn’t she?
Ans. Yes she had a fever for three days.
Q. Did the girl change her expression when the doctor said, “Does your throat hurt you?”
Ans. No, she did not change her expression at all.
Q. Why did the doctor call the sick girl by her first name?
Ans. The doctor called the sick girl by her first name to make her trust him.
Q. Did the sick girl promptly respond to the instruction of the doctor?
Ans. The sick girl did not respond to the instruction of the doctor.
Q. Why did the parents rebuke her?
Ans. The child knocked down doctor’s glasses; on this act the parents rebuke her.
Q. What was the threat of the doctor to the child if she did not show her throat?
Ans. The doctor threatened the girl that he would examine he by using force.
Q. Why did she break the wooden blade?
Ans. The girl did not want the doctor to examine her throat. Therefore, when doctor tried to do so, she broke the wooden blade.

Ans. Her both tonsils were with membrane. She had diphtheria.
